Setting the Bar for customer service

I had a small issue on a button for a pair of jeans which I purchased at the end of last year. I subsequently reported this to the Drimac Head office via email. I was contacted shortly thereafter by Carlyn who was absolutely professional and happy to assist. Due to the nature of the problem, I would have been completely happy with a repair, however Carlyn made sure that I was not only happy, but blown away in the means it was resolved.
