Communication

I was looking for an item and was told they would check and get back to me as they didn't have stock on hand... I returned to the store on three seperate occasions over 3 weeks, 3rd time the manager said he'd get back to me. It's been 4 weeks in total now and not a word from them. Maybe I was seen as a low priority and they don't bother with customers that don't look like big spenders? Anyway, poor communication on their part. Probably won't go back.
