This guy is a **** and ripping people off

Afternoon hellopeter I took out a loan last year October of R2000 I paid back R2700 which I paid it all back than he debited another R1700 from my account without my knowledge I did not agree on this and I didn't sign anywer now he has red flagged my name on the credit bereu cos I reversed the R1700 please assist me,now he says I owe him R2700 since last year October I have my bank statement as proof that I paid him his R2700
