Harassment, Humiliation and no confidentiality

Hi Hello Peter...i need your help with the above mentioned financial institution situated in Braamfontein. i am badly harassed by this company that i have been a loyal customer to for more than a year now. i have been borrowing money from this company. they offer one month loans. i have been paying them very well for the past year. i happened to skip a payment due to unforeseen circumstances. i have made arrangements to pay over the phone but they dont seem to understand. i am feeling very harassed and threatened. owner or manager is now visiting my company almost on daily basis to make personal collection after i have made means to make arrangement with him over the phone. it is very humiliating as this is happening infront of everyone and the manner is really not proffesional as he would even show people our contracts we signed with him confidential. please investigate and see if this is constitutional and within financial service rules. i would like to be syndicate about this
