Clear my name

I am very dissapointed with dricks i had 3 accounts with them that were paid already and it's been 2 years now after I have settled and yet they haven't send a report to transunion to remove the accounts as I have made payments for the account.... This is affecting my credit score I have been querying this for a long time with them n still they don't Wana close the account on my name
