Bad Service Dräger

Please stay away from Dräger at Brackengate Business Park Brackenfell under management of Charl Watkins account manager and Belinda Capes his Line manager who ignores a service delivery concern raised - Charl Watkins who is bad mouthing their SCP and I quote him on his email send to me "The unit you have was not bought by Dräger directly but rather through a SCP of Dräger which probably cost you more than you would have paid buying directly from us" The qoutes from the SCP was compared with Charls qoute at the time and SCP were much cheaper than Dräger themselves, their own product. An email was send to Charl including Belinda on the 11 April 2022 to pay back our money into our account due to none service delivery. Today the 22 April 2022 I send another email to Charl including Belinda and was then only told that I need to type it on our company letter head that our money must be credited. I am going to see if I can not get rid our the Dräger device we have bought and make use of an alternative service provider that has been in contact with me 3 times already to assist me with training.
