Medical Certificate

Just a heads up on this company: ( Juan Boucher II Sorry)<br> We paid for Medicals 3 weeks ago, and have not received the certificates. <br> <br> When I contacted the company, I was told every day for 2 weeks we will receive it before 5. <br> 3 weeks later, we were told they have not done it yet. I requested a refund to use a more reliable company, and was told I WILL NOT get a refund. <br> And I can wait till they can redo our certificates (next week)<br> <br> In the meantime we have to leave jobs, because our staff does not have Medical Certificates, and can not get inductions done. <br> Also did a great job swearing and shouting at me when I asked Nicky if she was lying to me for 2 weeks...
