Bad service, which incurred double expenses for me

I gave my doctoral thesis for binding on 16 (or 17) November 2015. I asked the printer whether she knows what must be put on the outside cover. She said 'YES\. Still I showed her the first page where the title was written all in capitals. But she wrote the title completly wrong which even changed the meaning of the thesis. She printed Free State public service. My study was about Free State Public Service (organization) but the title now imp**** that my study is about public service as a function. I explained to the printer that this thesis will not be accepted so it must be rectified. I also asked her why didn't she put the title in capitals- she said she doesn't have as many capital letters which she didnt indicate to me initially. She ageed to change P and S of public service to capitals. But next day she told me that she can correct only if I pay again. I had already paid R540 for 3 copies. She told me she had spoken to my promoter and that he said that there is nothing wrong which was a lie because I spoke to my promoter. He said that is not what the printer explained to him. I had to bind 2 other copies with another printer for R360. Her attitude was terrible from day one."
