Angry owner

I used this business to rent out my flat for august the tenant did not pay rent at beginning of the month then on the 15th they gave noticed , my rent was paid from their deposit but now my flat has few items damaged loose tiles ,damaged plug ,no main door key ,geyser is leaking and burglar lock broken . I tried several time to speak to the agent Owen from D E propreties he does not want to speak to me and i made them aware of all damages in my flat and Owen did the inspection before tenant moved out . Kindly help me
