Possible ****mers fronting as a legitimate business

SHOCKING EXPERIENCE! Service was good at first, that was until I sent Drews Auto Spares(Ent. No. B***) my deposit for parts that I needed. Christine Olga Butler(Manager), insisted that she needed a deposit, before she would order my parts, but assured me that the deposit is refundable. When she was unable to source the parts that I needed, I requested a full refund, and she promised that I would get it without issue. It has been over a month since I asked for my refund. Looking at their reviews on google now, I see that I am not the first person that they have done this to. I am constantly met with excuses from Christine, and also from Triston Van Rooyan(Accounts Person) as to why my deposit has not yet been paid out to me. The two of them also refuse to respond to me via their watsapp number, which no longer seems to be working. They also will not respond to any of my emails, sent to two of their email addresses. I phone almost everyday, and the only thing that they are able to produce is another excuse. The owner of Drews Auto Spares, Andrew Peter William Human( I.D. 820512 ***X 08 X), NEVER seems to be available, or in the office for unknown reasons, so this cannot even be escalated. According to google, they are located at 97 Bloutulp Rd, Alberton, 1450. They had told me that they are currently moving office, but refused to inform me of the new location. Google now states that they are closed(during standard working hours), and their phone line has gone dead. I am starting to believe that Drews Auto Spares is running a ****, with no intention of paying back money, paid by customers for goods that they have no intention of delivering/sourcing. BEWARE.
