Matrix dress

Very bad experience ,they send me not the dress I ordered , and after I complained ,nobody rep**** . So I commented a review on their Facebook page and website because I am very upset it's not what I ordered and they blocked me everywhere so now I can't get a hold of them and lost the money I paid for a dress of 2600 that I can't even wear.
