Beware of this company

This company doesn't stick to it's return policy as stated on their website. When informing them within 4 hours of receiving the dress ordered that I want to send it back because of poor workmanship and the fact that it doesnt look like the dress on their website, numerous e-mails and a week later they only offered a 20% refund after starting the "bid" at 5%. Their post sale service is horrific and clearly the person or computer handling these queries has a problem with correct grammar as well. Please be warned, this company misleads the public with glamorous photos on their website but what you get is a total different and inferior product.
