Bad service

<p>Hi<br />this was the most unprofessional service ever. Think that they have a computer answering all your mails. bought my daughter a dress for her matrix dance. Received the dress but the lace is untidy. informed them that the dress fits like a glove but the lace is cheap and not as per the picture. one side is longer than the other side whereby its supposed to have two long pieces infront. Told me to send my daughter size. The more I inform them the dress fit, the problem is the lace over the dress. with no further mails they told me to take the dress to a local dress maker. not confirming who is going to pay for it to be fixed. Still wairting for someone to phone me. this is false advertising and then if u order from SA, deliver ins SA they still import the dress from China and another lump sum of money you need to pay.</p>
