I want my refund

I have written a review on this store and still today I haven't received any feedback from them and they still do not want to give me my refund back I am no longer interested in their product all I want is my money back that's a lot of money and I've waited for so many months and still nothing has been done I've been taken from pillar to post and I am just exhausted
