Doggy service no transparency

I'm not happy with the way you do business, you are not transparent you only show us the shipment amount and not let us know, about additional amount when item arrives in South Africa we must pay additional amount and your shipment amount is very expensive compare to the item. I bought a new balance sneaker for about R865.49 and the shipment was R1,386.44 all in all the amount went to R2,251.93 and I paid you but you did tell me amount the additional amount that I must pay when my item arrives in South Africa that I must additional amount of R342 through DHL carrier company my Item is on hold I can't receive it due to that DHL carrier company want me to pay R342 for me to receive my item don't think that favor for us me course I've already paid you shipment amount which is more than the item that's ******* you not transparent about the amount you need to be taken to court your service is doggy my order number is ***3 and ref number ***6 was expecting to receive my item on the 30th of April 2021at 373 madiba street Pretoria South Africa 0001 but I haven't received my item its still at DHL company course I don't have that R342 amount and the are threatening to send my item @ government warehouse for auction it means I'll loose my R2,251.93 amount if I don't pay that amount and for me its first time I buy online my contact details *** or *** if not so I'll make the world know of your un transparent, unpleasant and doggy service on all social media platforms
