Dressify clothing

I ordered a ladies jacket and on receipt I found it to be of such poor quality in the material and colour was faded compared to pictures. The company would not refund me but agreed to give me a voucher. I reluctantly ordered a winter coat and had to pay in R300. The coat has arrived after several weeks and it is not lined and is made of a felt-type of material. It is such poor quality. Rather do not buy from this company.
