Bad repair

<p>I have a Dremel 3000 which I sent for repairs from Builders Warehouse in Polokwane. The tools has been returned to me and I have a few issues with which I am not happy. 1. The silver sticker on the side of the tool was removed for the repair, and then just put back on again. Its all rumpled up, and the one corner is lifting up. The small blue button on the top of the tool no longer locks the chuck when depressed making it difficult to tighten or loosten the bit. This is most annoying. Does someone not check these repairs before they leave the workshop. Someopne also wrote across the tool in a black marking pen, making it look like I bought this from a pawn shop. Do you not have stickers for marking the jobs. This is a magic tool and I really enjoy working with it, it's just a pity the the reair is so unprofessional. What are you going to do about it? </p>
