Paella Pans Dreem Fire

I bought Paella Pans from this company. The pans are of inferior quality and the food tastes of tin. Dreem Fire refuses to refund me although the products was procured only 2 months ago and each pan only used once. All diligent care of the product was taken during use and cleaning on our side. No reason for not refunding me has been given.
