Dreco - work takes too long, is badly finished, and is very short-lived

Got Dreco in to fix a damp problem about a year and a half ago. It took them months to find the problem, which turned out to be mainly two leaking pipes. The project was very badly finished, and we were left with a broken swimming pool pipe, very low pressure in a shower, a door that doesn't close, blind covers that have fallen off, and "superwood" cornices where we clearly specified proper wood. When we asked Dreco to attend to these punch list items, we were presented with a new quote because they said finishing off was never part of their quote. Now, just over a year after Dreco finished we have the same damp problem back again. So one of the pipes that Dreco "fixed" is now leaking again. Dreco has simply ignored the email I have sent them asking them to look at this. So, if you want a damp proofer who takes months longer than necessary, who leaves all kinds of unfinished work behind, whose damp proofing lasts no more than 12 months, and who simply ignores client problems, then Dreco is a good company to choose.
