I purchased a birdcage veil from dreamydress.co.za for my wedding day. When it arrived it was not what I ordered and what did arrive did not fit over my head. I paid R532,50 including courier fees for this item. I contacted them and sent images. They said they would refund me R125 for the item. I explained that I wanted either a full refund or the item that I ordered. They imp**** that they were being more than fair. When I stated that this was not normal legal practice in our country they didn’t respond. They then came back and said that they would refund R150 and that was their final offer. I find this a joke. I want my money back or the correct item. What am I going to do with a ****py looking birdcage that does not fit. Their service and products are a joke.
