False adverti*****t of dresses sold

Please do not buy from this online store, they are a *****. I ordered and paid for a dress I loved on their website (www.dreamydress.co.za) and what was delivered looks nothing close to what I bought. And when I complained, I was told that there is nothing they can do except to offer me a 10% refund of the value of the dress, which was only R190. I asked what must I do with their dress cause I dont want it and they still insist I keep it and get a refund of R190. How I reject waisting my money in such a manner. Oh kindly note that they are based in China and not in South Africa. Wish I was able to attach a picture of the dress so that you may see what a **** they are.
