Dreamy Delights ( Tiny Tots Toys)

I bought an item from Dreamy Delights (baby goods online store) on the 16th August 2023, up until today I have not received it let alone any communication. I have tried contacting them countless times on their tonytots email or number listed on their facebook page. I’m no longer interested in the item all I want is my money back. It looks like it’s a **** they are running.
