Bad Reception and treatment

Extremely bad bad treatment I received from the receptionists and workers at Dreamwood guest house in Nelspruit Mpumalanga.

The receptionist spoke Pedi and even when I explained that I don’t understand the language she kept on speaking her language.

The room allocated to me was dirty with no blanket, no heater. When I tried to ask for a blanket, she responded in Pedi and I couldn’t understand her to an extent I had to go out to buy myself a blanket so I could atleast sleep.

In the morning I called the reception asking if they have rooms available, pretending as if I want to come and check on today. The lady who answered the phone said yes they have rooms available and many of them.

After an hour or more, I went to the reception to ask for a Mather room, before they could show me the room I asked her were these rooms available yesterday and then she asked did I sleep there, I said yes at room 8, then she dropped the keys and said no other room.

All this time she spoke Pedi, speaking with food in her mouth. Whilst yesterday the same thing happens of speaking with food in their mouth.

Those three ladies are either Xenophobic, tribalism or have bad customer relations generally.
