Incomplete project left my office unusable

Dreamwood floors, which was previously Diamcore, I am sure the business name was changed due to the bad reputation it created for itself, but David Deeks is still offering exceptionally poor service to clients and to business partners he has offered to work with. He did a cementitious based flooring in our showroom which is not crumbling and cracking and left a mess all over the blinds, toilet, bath, that you just cannot remove. <br> <br> He used his wooden flooring in my office where he supp**** an inferior product to that which I was sold on, did the worst installation job ever and did not have the correct tools to do the job, he was forever asking me if I had all the things he needed, to which I insisted he redo with the product he sold me, this was in January, he told me he would only get stock in April, I have been trying to contact him for weeks on end, but no reply to mail, calls or sms. Any business that pop us and David Deeks is involved stay away, to avoid yourself disappointment, frustration and wasting money. My office is unusable due to the shocking state he left it in. Found it strange that he asked for a 70% deposit, but hey, now I know, hindsight is 20/20<br> <br>
