*************- Refused to refund after they cancelled.

Got in touch with the service provider in September and arranged a photo shoot in Durban. I paid the full amount as required and they chose the location and everything which i did not have a problem with. It happened to rain that week so a day before the shoot they called to cancel but i asked if we could rather move to do a studio shoot but the guy refused and said he would rather refund so i agreed. After a week i called to check about my money, he told me that he deposited the money but i ever got the money so i asked him to send me proof of payment, ever since then he does not respond to my messages so it means that he **** when he said he sent the money.
