Lack of Professionalism

I purchased a voucher on Groupon for an hour location photoshoot with 20 edited images on disc and 5 jumbo prints. After purchasing the voucher, on the same day (Monday 26/01/2015) I tried to contact the merchant. He did not return my calls or respond to my emails.
