Outstanding Service , Hands down the Best I have ever received!

I just want to say a big thank you to the Team at Dreamware Technology. Specially to Jess. In all my years I have never experienced such great service.

Placed and Paid for my order on 13 November, roughly about 10 Minutes later I received an Whatsapp message from Jess confirming payment was received and asking how I would prefer communication going forward. Choosing Whatsapp. From there I received regular updates.

Yesterday I received my component from the Delivery company. To my surprise in the box was an Hand written Thank you note for purchasing from Dreamware and a chocolate. In all my years I have never experience this. We cant even get a simple Thank you from a Supermarket cashier and here comes Dreamware and just shows what is Customer service.
