Dreamware Technology Surprised Me
I need to compliment Dreamware Technology. They have one of the best customer service teams I have interacted with in South Africa.
I found the company via google while trying to find a particular laptop. It just so happened Dreamware was the only organisation to have stock of the model I wanted. I did not know anything about Dreamware but saw some great google reviews so I decided to try them out.
To top it all, when I received my parcel the Dreamware team left a handwritten note and a slab of chocolate. Absolutely never experienced this before.
What a surprise, I found a gem of a tech business. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
