An extremely happy customer review
I have done more than 30 purchases with Dreamware Technology. Some purchases were for me and the other for my clients. How can I tell? Well, it’s mainly down to still having each personal note that comes with your purchase (… And chocolates, but we all know I wouldn’t have kept those. They long gone😉)
My focus is not on End-user HW but it comes part and parcel with the work that I do. One could argue that I should be doing these purchases through a distributor/ reseller, but why would I? The services received from Dreamware Tech are unmatched to any other companies I dealt with! They take away all the drama’s, paperwork and time wasting on nominal items (in my line of work) and ensure that I can focus on what makes my business tick.
I have had many occasions/ incidents of having to try and help my clients with dissatisfactory services from other Vendors, but absolutely none such interactions from Dreamware Tech. In fact, it goes the opposite way. Dreamware Tech actively goes above and beyond customer satisfaction when dealing with resolving issues for their clients (I say this in 3rd person because of seeing the dealings from Dreamware tech to Family, friends & clients around me). One such occasion, they even lend a temp motherboard to their client while a unit was getting replaced by the provider. The Customer Support from Dreamware Tech is almost uncanny really…
I can safely, time and time again, recommend Dreamware Tech to anyone – always. The move to dealing with Dreamware Tech – It’s a no brainer.

In all seriousness though, this review touched our hearts deeply. We realise that you could easily purchase stock through distribution channels being in the same industry as us, yet you choose to support us and truly, it means the world to have customers like you.
