Amazing Service and attention to detail!

Hi, I just want to share my first experience with Dreamware. My old headsets are going so I thought is was a good time to upgrade them. I compared prices between Evetech, Wootware and Dreamware. Evetech had the Corsair Elite Wireless going for R2000, they were the cheapest, but obviously we all know by now how bad Evetech customer service is. I decided to give Dreamware a go asked whether they would price match Evetech. They got back to me and said they have no problem price matching. So I EFT'ed them and and sent my POP. Shortly afterwards I got contacted on Whatsapp by Jess from Dreamware said that she would keep me up to date on the progress of my order via Whatsapp. They got the headset from the supplier in about 5 or 6 days, longer than it would've been if you bought at Evetech or Wootware, but honestly it's worth the wait buying from Dreamware. Got my headset 3 days after they got it from the supplier. It was packaged amazingly, better than any company I have bought from ever. I got a chocolate and personalized message in the box as well and the headset is working great. Also in most cases their prices are substantially lower than Evetech and Wootware, my case was just an outlier it seems. Overall really impressed by Dreamware definitely my new favorite Tech shop and I'm already planning my next purchase!
