Poor service and no deposit refund
One thing about them they’ll ignore you for months even common maintenances in your rental unit won’t be done it’s been two months and I haven’t received my deposit and no answer and Toni doesn’t respond to her emails and WhatsApp messages, calling her is a waste of time

Disappointed
I am very disappointed. I've been in contact with Toni regarding an inconsiderate neighbour who is renting from Dreamville estates. He continuously breaks the rules in our complex. I was told that the issue would be sorted out but I'm still waiting for feedback regarding this issue.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed. I've been in contact with Toni regarding an inconsiderate neighbour who is renting from Dreamville estates. He continuously breaks the rules in our complex. I was told that the issue would be sorted out but I'm still waiting for feedback regarding this issue.

Deposit not being refunded
I moved out on the 28th of February 2026, when I requested for my deposit they tried charging me for normal wear and tear in the bathroom and I sent them proof of how I found the bathroom when I moved in. It has been months of me requesting my deposit with emails being ignored and no deposit being refunded
