Worst product and servives ever

Bought 2 Dream bot robo vacuum and mops, the one broke after 2weeks the other one this week bought it threw @onedayonly in south africa.. both have the same error, supplier and OneDayOnly, just say following up, bought them in January. And since then i must keep following up. Know they expect me to send the other one but they cant even find the 1st ones fault.
