DREAM WORLD REWARDS IS ********* BUSINESS

On the 25 March I have seen a debit order in my bank account's App. The reference was Dream world Rewards. The deducted amount was R135.00 it so happen that they deducted the previous month also but I didn't notice. I tried to reverse the debits because I have never consented to such nor acknowledge an agreement, I have not used any voucher or rewards recently. I could not reverse. I search for contacts in the internet, the consultant said they unfortunately can not pay me back. I am furious, I asked that they provide me with a recording of my conversation with their consultant pertaining to this agreement, or proof that I have utilized their services. They didn't send those. This is ********* and unacceptable. Even if you looking for commission you don't play with people's bank accounts. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS IN YESTERDAY
