DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT

Cedar Lakes has bought trampolines and replacement mats from dream trampoline in the past and have been exceptionally happy with products and service. However recently we ordered mats on two occassions and it took exceptionally long to receive them and our last order for mats we paid the deposit and have still not received the product. We were reminded a few times to pay the deposit and paid in October 2019, and I have sent multiple emails and whastapps to request when we will receive our mats since November 2019. I was assured of installation dates on the 8th November, 19th November ( I was asked to choose a different colour), 7 January 2020 (we were promised that the first set would be installed the next day), 10th and 14th January (was told they were away on holiday), 12 February 2020 no response after that and today I have again requested a refund on the deposit. I could see the person was online, read my message and didn't reply. This account doesn't include the multiple unanswered phone calls. I would be wary of paying a deposit without receiving the stock.
