Excellent service!!

I ordered a CCTV kit and accompanying hard disc drive on-line from Dream the Deal on a Friday. Their response was very quick and I made the EFT on the Monday. The product was shipped to me on the same day by means of the Courier Guy who also sent me an email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. Mr. Alexander Barmuta of Dream the Deal also ensured that I remained informed of the state of the shipment. I received the package the following day. This is impressive given the fact that I am located in a rural area, 100Km away from Nelspruit where the closest courier hubs are located! I've never received a delivery from anywhere and by anyone that quickly!<br> <br> When I opened the package it appeared to me that only the CCTV kit was included but not the hard disc drive. I subsequently contacted Mr. Barmuta by email who responded immediately indicating that they had installed the drive into the DVR of the CCTV system since the two go together. This made me feel a little sheepish because it didn't even occur to me that I should check inside the DVR.<br> <br> I can only commend this company and the Courier Guy and I will most definitely make use of the services of both in future.<br> <br> Nico Smith.
