Prejudiced by Dream Supreme and Labuschagne Attorneys

Bought a property with Dream Supreme as the agent. Worst agent in communicating progress. They even recommended a transferring attorney who was equally worse, no communication, writing emails, sending text, whatsapp messages and calling, is a waste of time as they dont respond. after almost 7 months with no news I finally gor the news from the bank attorney that the property is now registered while the agent and the attorney were silent. Upon occupation I realised that there was no electrical COC and the house is electrically unsafe. Efforts to try and get a redress hit a brickwall as I got sent from pillar to post getting no responses. Tried to get help from the Estate Agents Board which was equally unhelpful. I tried to go the legal way and realised the cost of the suit will be more than fixing the electrical mess on the property. So I am borrowing money to fix the mess. Dream Supreme has been a big disappointment together with their preferred attorney Lappies Labuschagne. Had they been honest that the house has no COC from the beginning it could have been better I would have negotiated for a discount. I still wonder why they did not disclose this or is it because I was a blackman doing business with white men or its pure incompetence or unprofessionalism boggles my mind. Given their ages and experience, incompetence or unprofessionalism cant add up. Or they have been in the business for too long to manipulate its loopholes.
