Bad customer service

I bought a house through this agent, under OTP, i stated a condition that I am buying the house provided there are no leaks. I moved in the house in End of November 2021, and I discovered that there are part of the roofing is leaking, the electric wires on the ceiling are naked, there are sparks in the lights, some majority of the wall plugs are not even working, basically, the owner bribe for the CoC certificate.

I raised this to my agent Chantel, [in the month of November 2021], to this end, no response, she is very useless, bad customer service. I called the office, I was not assisted either, To top it al, one room had damages in the wall and the other room was a damaged wooden floor,. At the time of viewing, the agent, assured me that the owner will fix, and it was never fixed. I am not happy with the service at all. I called the transferring attorney, and they referred me back to the agent [Dream supreme]. I called the agent [Dream supreme] and they are referring me back to the Chantel.
