Made a booking for last July. Wasnt able to make it - emailed my doctor's note. Moved the booking and was told telephonically that I have the credit of the payment I had already made (R4600!!!!) Called to book now in September. Everyone confirmed my credit and happily made my booking. Few days later Nomvula and Nirasha (hotel manager) contact me to say my booking is a no show on their side and I have no credit. I asked for copies of my calls that were recorded - conveniently they could not find the call that I moved the booking. Absolute **** and zero client service skills. This is exactly why this resort will not last long

Avalon springs ...NEVER AGAIN As two pensioners aged seventy two and sixty six respectively, my wife and I on Monday eight June check in time is 15:00 we arrived 15:00 waited until 15:20 for room cleaning to be done. took dirty lift two floors up then down ramp two floors down with our luggage no assistance offered. Card key faulty red-light door room 15 could not open. My wife returned to reception they sent her back saying active. door still red light with same card key. my wife all the way back after cleaning staff confirmed card faulty. then only staff member accompanied my wife back. door opened with new card. we were given an interleaving room not requested with only one room able to lock. had to have maintenance for a new lock so that both sides were able to lock. we only had the full use of the room at 16:20. reception lady who assisted us was so unfriendly unhelpful and rude. toilet had no privacy with a hanging sliding door with a five cm gap between door and wall looking right onto the toilet from outside the bathroom. the main door too small and didn't fit the frame properly. the only good thing about Avalon springs was the breakfast staff the next morning. fortunately we only stayed overnight. booking.com also a disappointment

I sold my unit at a resort that is managed by Dream Resorts. The transaction was finalized end of August. I made an arrangement with Dream Resorts that I will pay the additional levies monthly. To finalize the selling of the unit I had to pay the outstanding levies in one lump sum, which i did on 1 August 2025. On 20 August I notify them that I have paid the full amount. When I checked my bank statement end of August I saw that the debit order is still active. I wrote to them : "I see on my bank account that a debit order, which was used for the special levies, is still active. Another unwanted payment was made on 1 September. On 20 August I wrote “Please find attached my complete payment of the 2 levies. Please rectify and provide me with the correct statement with R 0 due.” It is disappointing that that you did not comply to my request. My requests are as follows : Please send me the correct statement with R 0 balance. Please deposit the amount owed to me, into the following account :" Dream Resorts wrote, that they have requested to their credit administration to refund me. NOTHING HAPPENED !! On 21 September 2025 I reminded them that I haven't received any refund. Om 22 September I received their reply and you have guessed correctly : Dream Resorts wrote, that they have requested to their credit administration to refund me. NOTHING HAPPENED !! When Checked my latest bank statement this morning, I saw that the debit order is still active and that another payment was made. Please help me to get Dream Resorts to stop the debit order and refund me The contact person at Dream Resorts is Chantel Grobler, contact number ***. My reference number is ***7.
