Very Unhelpful

I went to Dream Nails N1 and all that i wanted was 30min facial as i was on a lunch break. On the website it clearly shows that there is more than 1 type of 30min facial. I wanted any of those. They said that they do not do it and if i have a complaint about what is on the website i should tell the Head Office. <br> <br> I found that this was not right, as they could have made a plan to do a 30min facial for me, since i am a regular customer and never complain. <br> <br> I found that the girls were very unhelpful. I even booked my entire wedding party at Cavendish for next year, but I am afraid of the type service i will receive so i will rather cancel and go Sorbet.<br> <br> Disappointed<br> Farryn
