Very poor service and quality

Booked nails for 2 girls under the name of Ashley Muller on 14 Dec at 2pm at the Eastgate branch. Bear in mind Ashley Muller is a nail technician herself and wanted to be treated to getting nails done for a change and not having to do it herself. The 2 girls had their nails done - results completely unprofessional! They complained at the time and nothing was done regarding it. Personally I would not have paid for the nails done. The technician were rude and did not treat the customers with respect. She also smudged the nails, had to share equipment as they did not have their own and filed the cuticles till it bled. The response from the technician was she cant help that they have sensitive cuticles! The picture given to the technician did not look remotely like the final product. (was not difficult nail art). To top it all off they were charged R400 per set. They then tried to get hold of the customer care line of which the response was - they will call back - which they did not. I demand a FULL refund for this poor service and poor quality. I can post pictures of the final product too if needed! Totally upset and disappointed! Your URGENT feedback is requested!
