Untrained staff

For the amount of money Dream Nails charges for a set of acrylic nails, I feel it is unacceptable to have people who are not properly trained, doing the job.<br> Firstly a set of nails should take up to an hour to and hour and 15 minutes. I was in the salon for 1 hour and 45 minutes. For the first hour the girl was applying the acrylic. For 1 full hour. Putting on, making mistakes and wiping it off. In the end the acrylic was so thick, she had to file and file and in the process, cutting me open with the nail file.<br> The end result was not at all to my satisfaction, but because I was already there for almost 2 hours, I just paid my R400 and left. No one asks you if you are satisfied and I am not the type of person to make a scene.<br> <br> This was my last time doing my nails at Dream Nails Tygervalley. Train your staff and make sure your clients are happy when they leave.
