TERRIBLE service from Dream Nails

A few months ago I had contacted Dream nails in Kenilworth centre as they had advertised falsely- stating R250 for matric lashes, in store I had specifically asked the worker if it was ONLY for matriculants and she confirmed it was NOT. I then called to book and was told otherwise. I asked to speak to the manager who had said she'll get the owner to call me. I kept calling in and 4 months later she still hasn't contacted me. Another incident: on the 7th of December I had reluctantly gone to Dream to have my lashes done. When I was done the glue that was meant to be black was WHITE and looked disgusting. The next morning I was promised a call from the staff member which I NEVER received. A day before my function (a wedding) I went in to Kenilworth centre to show the workers (they'll know who they are) how bad my lashes looked. I was then again promised a call and pictures were taken for the "supplier" WEEKS later I had to contact the store and the worker explained how "sorry" she was and swore on her life she'd contact me that evening before 7. A week later, I'm still waiting for the company to call me for the 2nd time. Absolutely TERRIBLE service, Dream Nails!!!!!!!!!
