Terrible service!!!

I had a pedi done @ dream nails @ the gateway branch. i was a walk in customer towards the afternoon. as the lady sat me down she asked me to pick a color of my choice.. after two coats, i decided the color was not of my liking and asked if there were any other options i could try. i was willing to pay the extra amount for the change of choice. the nail technician threw her hands in the air in anger. she was upset and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, like what i said was so wrong. her appearance there after was entirely upsetting. i called the manager to ask if there was anything that could be done, despite the nail technicians rude behavior. she made me feel a bit more comforted, however, the artist was still in a horrid mood. she was very unhygienic and used her finger nails to remove excess nail polish of the sides of my toes. i could feel her long dirty nails digging into the sides of my nails. while i waited for my nails to dry, she continued to neaten up her nails by filing them. the equipment she used did not seem clean at all and came out of a school pencil case. i paid for the service offered and left. will definitely not be visiting again and no referrals either!
