Terrible Experience (first time customer)

Extremely annoyed and the inconvenience caused is putting mildly (not a great impression for a new customer) - Newmarket Branch in Alberton. Original appointment made for 12 today,got an sms saying 2.15 yesterday. So I had to call and correct it, confimed it twice and i was told no problem. Got there and waited a half an hour and NO ONE had the decency to even say they will attend to me (even after my appointment time has passed). I eventually had to ask whats going on & one of your staff said sorry ma'am you're not on the system & the lady will only be done in another half an hour!!! No attempt from your staff to assist. Needless to say I walked out! Unacceptable!!!! And this branch won't be recommended to anyone.
