Terrible experience

I was at the mall today where there are various beauty Salons, however Dream nails being the one we know best, we decided to go there. I had my brows waxed and then a tint. Firstly, Advetised price e was R115. What we paid was R135. My brows were done so badly that I walked into another beauty salon who told me what a terrible job had been done. I had thick brows, no shape and brow dye all around my brows. It's safe to say I looked like a real life clown. How horrific that other companies even approached me about the terrible job that was done. This company, Amanzi, then fixed my brows for free and I came home and removed the eyebrow tint as a laughing stock is not what I prefer to be. I expect more from Dream Nails. This is not the kind of service a customer thinks they will receive.
