Such a dissapointing and frustrating experience

I don't know what it is with this branch of Dream Nails but this is the third time I have had a bad experience in terms of the quality of their service. I had a gellish mani done and two repairs to my nails. The repairs were terribly done and the lady who did my nails (Lizzy) was unprofessional and unfriendly. She seemed to be rushing and kept popping out of the store while doing my nails and seemed quite unphased by the fact that I was unsatisfied with the service. For such a popular franchise this was a TERRIBLE experience. The first two times I went there and was unhappy I thought it might be the lady I who was booked with (Thuli), after trying someone new and having an equally bad experience, I will never return to this branch again and I don't recommend it to anyone. It's a waste of time and money.
