Rude staff, boiling water soak off ,no stock

I was not greeted by my nail technician, and felt very unwelcome in the store. I had to do a soak off, and was brought boiling water which I explained was too hot. My nail technician then told me she was going to the bathrooms, and disappeared for 20 minutes. Upon returning she was upset because my nails had not soaked off properly, she proceeded to bring me more boiling water, I refused too put my hands in until it cooled down. I asked the nail technician to be gentle on my hands after that boiling soak off, she filed my nails until they were basically raw. Choosing my acrylic colour, I explained that I wanted a baby pink, I was given a choice of 2 colours. The nail technician put on one which turned out white , i was told thats all there is and the baby pink was out of stock. I explained that I'm not paying for a colour I don't like, and should have been told upon booking that they only had limited colours.<br> First time at Dream Nails, technicians are rude and say they are looking for new jobs, soak off process is used with boiling water, no stock or variety in basic colours this branch should not operate in Clearwater.Not worth R420, no professionalism, will not refer anyone
