refuse a customer

I in the past had a problem with dream nails. I wanted to book a appointment to give them another try, 6 hours later they called to say they cannot do my appointment i asked why but by then i worked out why but just wanted to hear what they had to say.I was told i slandered ther name, not a case of that case of they were in the wrong so i put them on hello peter. One would think they wound have learnt by there lesson and maybe give the customer another try see as they failed the first time. Well if u look at hello peter there is lists and lists of Dream Nails so all those customers are turned away through slunder laugh a minute. The owner of Dream Nails Bayside used the word slunder means act of untrue,negative statement there was nothing untrue in what they did to me by using dirty equipment unsterilized that i almost lost my fingers.
