Poor Service Manicure

I have walked by the Dream Nails in Kenilworth Centre for a long time without interest in going there. For some reason the look of the store always seemed uninviting. Lastweek I visited the Cavendish branch for a Pedicure which was great.As I live close to Kenilworth I decided to give the Dream Nails store there a try as I needed a manicure.I booked for a "Dream Manicure" which was anything but. The whole Mani lasted 30mins.My cuticles are still sore because of how hard and far they were pushed back. The nail tech didn't seem very experienced and on a whole it wasn't a good manicure at all. The massage was more like a cream application. Whilst having my mani another client having a pedi started complaining about her treatment too. She said it lasted 25mins and she was unhappy with her hills.. The store and equipment look old and worn..especially the nail files and containers. Very unorganized, washing baskets in the middle of the store and way too little space. The mall has just had an upgrade,ur store needs an upgrade too and so does your staff!Not worth the R190 I paid.Dont intent on ever going back.
