Poor service from staff member

As a bride to be, my sister booked treatments for the bridal party two days before my wedding. A staff member by the name of Thembi was extremely rude from the beginning of the treatment. During my pedicure she had a terrible attitude when asked to put a final coat on my toenails as they did not match my nails.
